Bible Reading: Ephesians 1:18–23 (KJV)

18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Open Heaven For Teens 11 October 2025 MESSAGE:

Today’s Bible reading says that Jesus is seated above all principalities and powers. If you are a genuine child of God, you are part of the body of Christ, and the body of Christ includes His feet. The most powerful demon is under Jesus’ feet; therefore, you are above even the most powerful demon. Philippians 2:9–10 says that Jesus has a name that is above every other name and that, at the mention of His name, all knees should bow—whether those in heaven, on earth, or underneath the earth. Mark 16:17 says, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues.” Therefore, you are not only above demons; you can cast them out of a being or place.

There are two types of demon-possessed people: the unwilling victims (those who are possessed by demons against their wishes and who desire deliverance) and those who were willingly possessed. Delivering people who were possessed unwillingly by demons is easy because the hosts agree with you to cast out the demon. However, those who were willingly possessed might not want to be delivered, and you cannot force them.

My dear child, you must live a holy life if you want to indeed take charge over demons or cast them out.

KEY POINT:

God has placed you above demons; do not be afraid of them.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:

Jeremiah 16:16–18:23, 1 Thessalonians 4:1–5:3, Psalm 81:1–16, Proverbs 25:6–8

HYMNAL:

Hymn 4 — Conquerors and overcomers now are we

1.

Conquerors and overcomers now are we,

Thro’ the precious blood of Christ we’ve victory,

If the Lord be for us, we can never fail,

Nothing ‘gainst His mighty pow’r can e’er prevail.

Chorus:

Conquerors are we, through the blood of Jesus,

God will give us victory, through the blood of Jesus,

Through the Lamb for sinners slain,

Yet who lives and reigns again,

More than conquerors are we,

More than conquerors are we.

2.

In the name of Israel’s God we’ll onward press,

Overcoming sin and all unrighteousness,

Not to us the glory, to Him the praise,

For the love of Jesus crowns our vict’rous days.

(Chorus)

3.

Unto Him that overcometh shall be giv’n,

Here to eat of hidden manna sent from heav’n,

Over yonder He the vict’r’s palm shall bear,

And a robe of white, and golden crown shall wear.

(Chorus)
